Right from the start as I was even told what kind of package the forms would come in - fine detail, and gives good impression.
I received updates everytime there was a change/move in the process of the Application.
There was also ease of contact on my part. I can post via the Internet or simply pick up the phone and contact my Case Manager. If unavailable, the person answering the phone would look up my case and give me a report.
